About me
Hi! I’m Jax. I’ve been tattooing in Northeast Ohio for over 13 years and am the co-owner of Eclipse Private Tattoo Studio in Eastlake, Ohio. I genuinely love what I do and feel incredibly lucky to call tattooing my career. My goal is simple: to create tattoos you’ll love for a lifetime.When I’m not at the studio you’ll usually find me at pole fitness or aerial classes, curled up with a good book, out on my motorcycle, spending time outdoors, or hanging out with my cats. Fun fact: I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.I’m also a breast cancer survivor - a chapter of my life that has shaped who I am and taught me not to take a single day for granted.F#CK CANCER.

I only accept tattoo appointment requests when books are open. My books open once each season. Keeping submissions within these booking windows allows the process to stay organized and fair for everyone.During that time, tattoo requests are accepted for 24 hours only. After submissions close, I review each request and select the projects that best fit my style, schedule, and availability. Because I receive more requests than I can realistically take on, submitting a tattoo request does not guarantee an appointment.. . .How to Know When Books Open

• When books open, a link to the Tattoo Inquiry Form will be posted to my Instagram Story.
• I’ll also share an Instagram Countdown beforehand. Subscribing to the countdown is the best way to be notified the moment the inquiry form goes live.

Minimum tattoo: $100
Hourly: $170/hour + tax
Half Day (3 hours): $450 + tax
Full Day (5 hours): $700 + taxA $100 deposit + tax is required to secure all tattoo appointments.Deposits
Deposits are collected during your scheduled phone consultation. They are non-refundable and reserve your appointment while also covering the time spent communicating, scheduling, designing, and preparing your tattoo. * Your deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.Once your tattoo appointment has been confirmed, you’ll receive a Square invoice via email. The invoice must be paid within 30 days, or your appointment will be be canceled and offered to another client.Square offers multiple payment options for your convenience.. . .When can I get tattooed?
My typical tattooing schedule isMonday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PMStudio hours may occasionally vary due to conventions, travel, holidays, or special events.Tuesdays and Thursdays are reserved as flexible studio days for consultations, drawing, emails, touch-ups, and other behind-the-scenes work.Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens, and rescheduling is completely understandable.Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to move your appointment.Appointments rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, cancellations, or no-call/no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Touch Up Policy
I stand behind my work and want your tattoo to heal as beautifully as possible.One complimentary touch-up is included within 6 months of your appointment if it’s needed due to normal healing. After 6 months, touch-ups are subject to my current minimum rate.Touch-ups are intended to address normal healing and are not intended for changes, additions, or redesigns to the original tattoo.Proper aftercare is essential. Touch-ups may be declined if the tattoo was not properly cared for during the healing process.
